About this event
NACDL invites you to join for Part I of Competency and Restoration Reimagined: From Practice to Possibility. Co-sponsored with their colleagues at the National Center for State Courts, this three-part webinar series will provide insights on the competency to stand trial and restoration processes and recommendations for improvements.
Part 1 – Level Setting: This session will provide an overview of the competency to stand trial system including current laws, current issues, and current lawsuits. The information shared will help provide a foundation for evaluating your jurisdiction’s current competency to stand trial system.
